The store

This site is operated by Selah ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may correct errors in pricing or product information at any time; if an error affects an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Orders & payment

An order is accepted when payment is captured and a confirmation email is sent. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an error has occurred — anything already paid is refunded in full.

Pieces are made in small runs and stock is not reserved until payment completes. If an item sells through while in your bag, checkout will let you know.

Delivery & returns

Delivery estimates are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and begin from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Returns are governed by the policy on that page and by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which these terms never exclude or limit.

Intellectual property

All imagery, artwork, embroidery designs, garment designs and text on this site are the property of Selah. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
