Every order is packed in our matte black mailers and dispatched from Australia within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it leaves.

• Australia — Standard · $12 · 3–7 business days · complimentary on orders over $250
• Australia — Express · $18 · 1–3 business days
• New Zealand · $25 · 6–12 business days · complimentary over $350
• International · $40 · 8–16 business days · complimentary over $450

International orders may attract customs duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local authority and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not collected at checkout.

Returns

Full-price pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all patches, tags and packaging intact.

To begin a return, reply to your order confirmation or write to hello@selah.examplewith your order number (SLH-…). Return postage is the customer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back with us.

Pieces marked final sale, and garments showing wear, cannot be returned. This policy sits alongside — and never limits — your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Note it in your return email and we'll hold the replacement while your return travels back. Exchanges ship free within Australia.
